Cake That! was developed from my love of cake design and creation. I started making wedding and special event cakes ten years ago, and over time, growing demand from family and friends ( and their friends, and their friends...) has grown into a well developed business for the greater public to enjoy.

Recently I have resigned from my Job- as a Chef- at one of Brisbane's Premier 5 Star Hotels. After over eight and a Half years there I was ready to move out on my own. Now I have more availability and am able to spend more time focusing on the job I love!!

With my sole focus on Cake That!-  I have the opportunity to spend each day creating wonderful cake designs for everyone to enjoy!
